Comments: This is the shortwave listener's version of the SB-300. Dial accuracy is rated at ±400 Hz. Ranges: 3.5-4, 5.7-6.2, 7-7.5, 9.5-10, 11.5-12, 14-14.5, 15-15.5, 17.5-18 and 26.9-27.4 MHz. Note the lack of coverage of the 21 MHz band. Heathkit eventually remedied this with a retrofit kit that swapped the coverage of CB for the 13 meter band. |
