Comments: Double conversion above 7 MHz. ±400 Hz dial accuracy. Tunes in thirty 1 MHz bands. Requires a speaker. An outstanding receiver and a very long lived model. Early units had white S-Meter, later had brown S-Meter, dial-lock and round logo.
Very late units substituted mechanical AM filter for T4 & T5. |

Variants: Model 51S-1A (R-1430/UR) is 28VDC. Model 51S-1B is equipped with
